About

Built by people who have been on the receiving end of bad training.

SiteTech Coach exists because most construction software training is a 90-minute video that ends with the team still confused on day one. The result: poor digital adoption, sub-standard records, and managers who spend an extra hour each evening fixing what should have been right at 14:00.

Belief one

Training is a product, not a project.

Most training is treated like a one-off event. A two-hour session, a slide deck, a sign-in sheet, and then it is over. The site moves on and the questions start coming. We treat training as a living product: searchable, versioned, updated quarterly, and never longer than three minutes per lesson.

Belief two

Speed beats depth on a live site.

A site manager at 09:42 does not need a comprehensive understanding of why the software works the way it does. They need the right tap, in the right order, in under two minutes. Our lessons are written to that timing. The deeper "why" is a separate, optional track for the people who want it.

Belief three

Independence makes us honest.

We are not the software vendor. We do not pretend to be. That gives us permission to be straight with you: this feature is great, this one is rough, this workflow needs a workaround, here is the workaround. A vendor cannot write that. We can.

Where we are going

A training layer the whole UK construction industry can rely on.

Today: lessons + search + onboarding for the most-used construction field software. Next twelve months: team dashboards, certifications, a real assistant on top of the library, and white-label portals for tier-1 contractors who want a single onboarding rail across every project.
