Are you affiliated with Trimble or Field View?+
No. SiteTech Coach is independent. We teach how the software is used; we are not the vendor and we are not endorsed by any vendor.
Who is the training for?+
Site managers, assistant site managers, project managers, engineers, quality teams, document controllers, and subcontractor supervisors working on UK construction projects.
How long is a lesson?+
45 to 180 seconds. The average is 95 seconds. If a lesson cannot be taught in 3 minutes, it gets split.
Do you have a free trial?+
Yes. Pro and Team plans get a 14-day free trial. No card required to start.
Do the lessons download for offline use?+
Yes on the mobile app. The web library streams; lessons cache for short-term offline read. The downloadable PDF checklists work fully offline.
Do you offer team training in person?+
Not at the £199 Team tier. Enterprise customers get a tailored half-day in-person session with the team if needed.
Is the content updated when the software changes?+
Yes. Quarterly review by default; faster when a vendor pushes a UI change that affects the lessons. If you spot an out-of-date lesson, email support and we fix it.
What languages do you support?+
English is the main teaching language. The interface translates to Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese and German so non-native English speakers can navigate. Lesson video content stays in English so the practical steps stay accurate.
Can I get certificates?+
Pro and Team subscribers earn category-level certificates by passing the category quiz. Useful for site induction records and CPD evidence.
