Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SiteTech Coach you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What you get

SiteTech Coach provides training content (lessons, blog posts, quizzes, downloadable checklists) about how to use construction field software. Your subscription tier determines which content you can access.

3. What you owe

Pro: £9.99 per month per seat. Team: £199 per month for up to 25 seats. Enterprise: custom pricing. Billing is monthly in advance via Stripe. We do not store your card; Stripe does.

4. Cancellation

Cancel from your account page at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

One account per individual. Do not share login credentials. Do not re-publish or resell our content. Team plans cover named individuals within your organisation only.

6. Intellectual property

All training content remains the property of SiteTech Coach. You may download checklists for use on your own projects. You may not redistribute, white-label, or resell the content (Enterprise plans get explicit white-label rights).

7. Independence

SiteTech Coach is an independent training platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trimble, Viewpoint, or Field View. Product names are used descriptively only.

8. Liability

Training is provided as practical guidance. You are responsible for adapting it to your specific project, compliance regime, and employer requirements. We are not liable for outcomes arising from use of the training content. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at 12 months of subscription fees paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
