1. Who we are

SiteTech Coach is a construction software training platform operated by Hitchens Group, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@sitetechcoach.com.

2. What we collect

When you create an account we collect: name, work email, hashed password, and your subscription tier. When you complete a lesson we record completion timestamps for your own progress tracking. When you contact support we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you.

We do not collect: payment card numbers (handled by Stripe), site project content (we are a training platform, not a project management tool), or location data.

3. Why we collect it

To provide the training service, to track your progress, to manage your subscription, and to send the occasional product email if you opted in. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. VAT records for 6 years).

5. Your rights under UK GDPR

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account, at any time. Email hello@sitetechcoach.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your language preference. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics — no personal data, no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, or third-party tracking.

7. Data processors

We use Supabase (database + authentication), Stripe (payments), and Hostinger (hosting). All have UK GDPR-compliant data processing agreements in place.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
