Pre-pour inspection that signs off in 4 minutes
Run a pre-pour inspection that captures everything the structural engineer will ask for, on the phone, in 4 minutes.
Practical steps
- 1
Open the inspections tab. Tap plus then pick Pre-pour from the type list.
- 2
Confirm the plot, level, and pour reference. These three fields drive the rest of the form.
- 3
Photo set: rebar layout, cover spacers, top-of-formwork level, any embedded items.
- 4
Tick off the standard checks: rebar tied, cover correct, formwork clean, no debris, services in place.
- 5
Add the engineer's name if a sign-off is needed. The record routes to them for digital sign-off.
- 6
Save and submit. Confirm the QA team and the engineer both appear in the routing list.
Key takeaways
- Plot, level, pour. These three fields are the spine of the record.
- Four photos at the right angles beats fifty photos of the wider scene.
- Engineer routing is invisible if not assigned. Always check the routing list before saving.
